Graphenano signs a contract linking it to Alicante Science Park

Martín and José Antonio Martínez Rovira, Chairman and Vice Chairman of Graphenano, were the officers signing this contract linking the Graphenano Group to Alicante Science Park.

The signing took place on 21 March 2018 in the office of Amparo Navarro, Vice Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Transfer of Alicante University (UA, after its initials in Spanish), in the presence of the Director of the Alicante Science Park Foundation, Joaquín Marhuenda.

Alicante Science Park, located beside the university campus, is a space for innovation and excellence, seeking to encourage university-enterprise relations by fostering the creation and growth of competitive companies and providing high quality infrastructures and facilities to achieve this.

The Vice Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Transfer, Amparo Navarro, expressed her satisfaction at the consolidation of Alicante Science Park as a reality capable of attracting companies with a clear innovation, technological and scientific base, which brings it closer to its target “of fostering knowledge transfer and research, from the University to the production fabric”.

On this same date, Tomás Hernández signed the same contract on behalf of the technology-based company QuixMind, the main activity of which is the design of automated vehicles (AMR) for industrial use and passenger transport. With Graphenano and QuixMind, the number of companies linked to the Alicante Science Park now totals 15.
