Vinilgraph

Graphene-Reinforced Vinyl Ester Resin

Maximum resistance for applications in chemical, thermal, and industrial environments

Vinilgraph is a graphene-doped vinyl ester resin, developed by Graphenano Composites, designed to deliver maximum chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance under extreme conditions.

Its advanced formula enables the production of high-performance composites, lightweight and durable, ideal for industries such as chemical, naval, energy, automotive, or railway.

What is Vinilgraph?

Vinilgraph is a structural vinyl ester resin reinforced with functionalised graphene, designed to overcome the limitations of traditional resins.

Thanks to the use of graphene, Vinilgraph achieves:

  • Improved tensile and flexural strength

  • Increased thermal resistance in prolonged cycles

  • An exceptional performance against chemical agents and corrosive environments

All this without sacrificing processability or versatility, as it is compatible with processes such as pultrusion, lamination, RTM, or vacuum infusion.

Industrial Applications

Vinilgraph has been designed for sectors where chemical and thermal resistance is critical, such as:

  • Chemical industry and reagent storage

  • Components exposed to high temperatures

  • Naval construction (structures, decks, interiors)

  • Wind and renewable energy

  • Industrial equipment exposed to corrosive environments

  • Technical coatings and ventilation ducts

  • Railway and aerospace sector

Maximum Resistance in Extreme Environments

The formulation with functionalised graphene gives Vinilgraph a molecular structure that:

  • Withstands extreme temperatures without deformation

  • Resists long-term chemical degradation

  • Improves the dimensional stability of the material

  • Minimizes premature aging of the composite

This helps reduce maintenance costs, increase safety, and extend the service life of the final product.

Compatibility with Manufacturing Processes

Vinilgraph is fully compatible with the most common industrial processes:

  • Pultrusion

  • Hand lay-up

  • Infusion

  • RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)

Thanks to its controlled viscosity, it allows for a homogeneous impregnation of reinforcements (glass fibers, carbon, etc.), improving strength and reducing defects.
