Liability

The provider accepts no liability for information published on the website if this information has been manipulated or inserted by a third party unrelated to the provider.

The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files sent by the server to the computer of whoever accesses the page). For more information, please consult our Cookie Policy.

From the client’s website, it may be possible to redirect to third-party content. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no liability regarding such content. In any case, the provider declares that it will proceed with the immediate removal of any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order, immediately removing the redirection to such website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

The provider shall not be held responsible for information and content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allow third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. Nevertheless, and in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces, actively collaborating in the removal or blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights or public morality and order. This website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, its correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility that programming errors may occur, or that causes of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances may arise that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website – including, but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics – is the property of the provider, or, where applicable, has a licence or express authorisation from the authors.

All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registers. Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing requires, in all cases, prior written authorisation from the provider. Any unauthorised use shall be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

Designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible dispute that may arise regarding them. In any case, the provider has the express prior authorisation of the same.

The provider expressly does not authorise third parties to redirect directly to specific content of the website, and such redirection must, in all cases, be made to the provider’s main website.

The provider acknowledges the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights in favour of their holders. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibility on the part of the provider over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation.

To make any observation regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as concerning any of the contents of the website, please contact us via the email provided above.

Responsibility for determining the specific content accessed by minors lies with them; hence, if they access inappropriate content via the Internet, mechanisms (in particular, software, filters and blocks) should be established on their computers to limit the content available, even if they are not infallible, as they are especially useful for controlling and restricting the materials that minors can access.
