G-TOOLS Clinic is the clinical polishing kit for dental practices, specifically designed to work with restorations made from G-CAM, the graphene-doped dental disc developed by Graphenano Dental.

What is G-TOOLS Clinic?

G-TOOLS Clinic is a system composed of burs, polishers and rotary instruments, organised into a 4-step protocol:

  1. Pre-cementation preparation

  2. Post-cementation occlusal adjustment

  3. Clinical polishing

  4. Final intraoral shine

Each instrument has been selected to work with graphene nanoreinforced material, maximising clinical performance and patient comfort.

Step 1: Enamel preparation

Instrument: Arkansas bur (645.FG.028.ARK)

  • Used before cementing the prosthesis

  • Improves adhesion by leaving the enamel slightly porous

  • Lance-shaped

  • Recommended RPM: 300,000

Arkansas and Medium diamond

Step 2: Post-cementation occlusal adjustment

Performed in two phases:

Phase 1 – Anatomical adjustment

Instrument: Medium-grain diamond bur (833.FG.023)

  • Allows reduction of the occlusal surface while maintaining the anatomical form.

  • Flame/egg-shaped with rounded tip.

Phase 2 – Smoothing

Instrument: Fine-grain diamond bur (833F.FG.023)

  • Smooths the surface after adjustment without altering morphology

  • Recommended RPM (both phases): 300,000

Step 3: Clinical polishing

Instrument: Medium-grain diamond polisher (9828.RA.040)

  • Bullet-shaped

  • Seals the surface of the prosthesis after adjustment

  • Recommended RPM: 7,000–10,000 (high pressure)

Step 4: Final shine

Instrument: Fine-grain diamond polisher (9834.RA.040)

  • For the finishing and final mirror shine

  • Provides a smooth and aesthetic surface intraorally

  • Recommended RPM: 3,000–8,000 (high pressure)
