Poligraph
Polyester resins reinforced with graphene
High-performance composites for the most demanding industries
Poligraph is the range of polyester resins enhanced with graphene, developed by Graphenano Composites, designed to deliver high mechanical and thermal performance in advanced industrial applications.
Thanks to the integration of functionalised graphene, these resins outperform traditional systems, doubling key properties such as flexural strength, durability and thermal stability, without increasing weight or production costs.

What is Poligraph?
Poligraph is a range of unsaturated polyester resins reinforced with graphene, formulated for use in processes such as:
Pultrusion
Vacuum infusion
Hand lay-up
RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding)
Graphene acts as a nanometric reinforcement that strengthens the polymer matrix, enhancing structural performance, chemical resistance and thermal efficiency, while maintaining resin processability.
Advantages of Poligraph Resins
- Flexural modulus up to 10,000 MPa
- High resistance to impact and fatigue
- Improved thermal conductivity
- Enhanced chemical resistance
- Lightweight without compromising strength
- Excellent fibre impregnation
- Dimensional stability and low yellowing

Poligraph Resin Range
- Poligraph 140 LV PLUS Premium
Low-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin, fully polymerisable, with high reactivity and thixotropy. Specifically designed as a base resin for work with glass fibre or injection resins.
- Poligraph 140 PLUS Premium
Medium-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin, fully polymerisable, with medium reactivity and thixotropy. Provides good interlayer adhesion and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.
- Poligraph 70 PLUS Premium
Isophthalic polyester resin of medium-low viscosity and thixotropy. Specifically designed as a base resin for work with glass fibre.

Industrial Applications
Poligraph resins are formulated for use in sectors that demand lightweight, strong and durable materials:
Automotive and electric vehicles
Marine and railway industries
Construction prefabrication
Urban and sports equipment
Renewable energy (wind turbine blades, support structures)
Technical furniture and structural components

Sustainability and Efficiency
The use of graphene allows Poligraph to:
Reduce the use of heavy reinforcement materials
Extend the service life of manufactured parts
Decrease component maintenance
Optimise structural efficiency in a sustainable way
In addition, the resins are designed for easy integration into existing industrial processes, without the need for additional investment in equipment.
Validated Performance
All versions of Poligraph have been tested in accordance with UNE EN ISO 14125, showing results that double the performance of conventional resins.Tests carried out demonstrate:
Flexural moduli exceeding 9,500–10,000 MPa
Excellent stability in aggressive chemical environments
High resistance to thermal cycling and dynamic loads
