What is Poligraph?

Poligraph is a range of unsaturated polyester resins reinforced with graphene, formulated for use in processes such as:

  • Pultrusion

  • Vacuum infusion

  • Hand lay-up

  • RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding)

Graphene acts as a nanometric reinforcement that strengthens the polymer matrix, enhancing structural performance, chemical resistance and thermal efficiency, while maintaining resin processability.

Poligraph Resin Range

Low-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin, fully polymerisable, with high reactivity and thixotropy. Specifically designed as a base resin for work with glass fibre or injection resins.

Medium-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin, fully polymerisable, with medium reactivity and thixotropy. Provides good interlayer adhesion and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.

Isophthalic polyester resin of medium-low viscosity and thixotropy. Specifically designed as a base resin for work with glass fibre.

Validated Performance

All versions of Poligraph have been tested in accordance with UNE EN ISO 14125, showing results that double the performance of conventional resins.Tests carried out demonstrate:

  • Flexural moduli exceeding 9,500–10,000 MPa

  • Excellent stability in aggressive chemical environments

  • High resistance to thermal cycling and dynamic loads
