High-performance polishing for dental restorations with G-CAM

G-TOOLS is the professional polishing kit for laboratories, developed by Graphenano Dental, specifically designed to optimise the finishing of restorations manufactured with G-CAM, our graphene-doped dental disc.

This complete set of tools ensures an efficient, safe and reproducible polishing process, achieving impeccable aesthetic results and clinically functional restorations.

It consists of three steps: roughening, polishing and shining.

Step 1: Roughening and anatomical shaping

This step includes tungsten carbide burs with different shapes (conical, lance, pear, ball) and a diamond disc. They allow you to:

  • Separate restorations from the G-CAM disc

  • Adjust connectors

  • Create reduction grooves

  • Perfect occlusal and interproximal areas

Recommended RPM: 20,000–25,000 (except diamond disc: 12,000 rpm)

Step 2: Surface smoothing

Universal silicone polishers (cylindrical and lenticular shapes), specially designed to:

  • Smooth the surface

  • Prepare for the final polish

  • Eliminate small irregularities after milling

Recommended RPM: 5,000–9,000 rpm

Paso 2 G-TOOLS

Step 3: Polishing and mirror shine

This step combines high-quality brushes and discs to:

  • Seal the material’s pores

  • Enhance surface shine

  • Achieve smooth and homogeneous finishes

Instruments included:

  • Polyamide brush

  • Cloth disc

  • Goat-hair brush (compatible with polishing emulsions)

Recommended RPM: 10,000–12,000 rpm
